Compulsory ID Verification With Companies House

From Autumn 2025, all company directors and PSC will need to verify their identity with Companies House. If you do not verify, company fillings will not be allowed and you will incur financial penalties.

BPB is an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) which means we are a business authorised by Companies House to act as an intermediary between companies and Companies House. We offer a fully supported service that includes verifying, securely storing, and submitting your identification documents directly to Companies House on your behalf, removing the pressure from you.
